Hey everyone,

Been training seriously for a few years now mainly focused on body recomposition, strength, and staying lean. I track everything from macros to heart rate zones and recovery just to keep things tight and consistent.

Recently started looking more into peptides like BPC-157 for recovery and want to learn more about performance compounds the right way. Always down to share what’s worked for me and learn from others here.
