I am a new homebrewer and will be doing my first cook end of this month.

Does anyone have any recipes and melting point information for the following please and thank you:

10ml vials
Npp at 100mg (10ml vial)
Decca 250mg

Orals
Clomid
Dianabol

Also a legit calculator?

I will be using a 45 filter
Organic pure mct oil

Equipment:
Glass beaker 100ml with stir rod
Graduated cylinder
0.001 scales
0.45 filter
19g for filter
10ml to filter compound

Raws i have:
50grams dianabol
50 grams Npp
100 grams Decca
10 grams clomid

Bacteria. Smallest bacteria is 22microns in length hence the filter size pore guaranteeing sterility in pharma settings

How much mct oil to put in? Also ive seen people say not use bb in some compounds because it was only intended for trt and heavy usuage can lead to lumps?

Bullshit. BB is a solvent that helps hormones go into solution

Im also about to do my homebrew and did years ago with syringe filters but would like to go with bottle top filters this time which brings more questions !

To sterilize the media bottle, do you use a pressure cooker ?

I thought to transfer from bottle to sterile vials directly.as I dont have a flow hood etc..

Any tips ?

Pressure cooker is good.

If you don't have one you can also bath it in isopropyl, rinse off with distilled water and then bake in the oven to dry heat sterilize it. Just make sure you don't put the lid or the plastic ring thing in the oven as they will melt. Also cover the opening of the media bottle with tin foil to prevent random dust from getting inside.

Bottle to sterile vials you could make your own glove box for cheap or make your own laminar flow hood or save up and buy one from Aliexpress.

.22um filter …search the melting point and bring up to there and leave it there for 20 mins…deca I do 1%ba 15%bb and npp 1% ba 20% bb you can get away with 18%bb too I’m sure …filtering is most important and be sanitary ! Especially when bottling have fun

The melting point is insignificant. You are NOT trying to melt the compounds. You are heating the carrier and solvents to a temperature in which the hormones/compounds go into solution.
I have never had my hot plate/stirrer go over 90c to make anything. For compounds that take longer to go into solution, I might heat a bit longer, but I doubt this is necessary.

I have never made NPP but short esters are notorious for needing more solvent and being easy to crash at even the lowest of concentrations. For this reason, I wouldn't go below 20% BB. Perhaps someone who has actually brewed NPP can chime in.

Additionally, I never go below 2% BA. Although studies have shown that 1.2% BA is optimal, meaning that above it isn't necessary to make the solution bacteriostatic, because of the poor practices of most people pinning, I prefer to hedge my bets with the old standard of 2% BA.

The use of a 0.22 micron filter is the USP standard for "sterility." As mentioned, most pathogens will not pass that small of a membrane.
0.45 ain't going to do it for you.

I suggest you do an oral suspension with Ora-Plus for the dianabol and clomid. You don't have the experience to pull off putting an oral into solution.

I tried to find sepra cap.so the media bottle is closed but cant find a y for typical gL45 bottle cap, do you mean with opened bottle ?

Yes, i tried too...but you would have to open the media bottle for it anyway.

Just draw it with open cap, turn on air purifier in your room if you want to be extra safe.

Do you use bottle top filter kit that you throw away after a single use or a glass aparatus that you sterilise home ?

I might get an instantpot for the glassware and vials, stippers etc..
