Hello everyone,
New but not new. Recently got back in the game(of aas use) and forgot that I had made an account on here in 2016 until I went to make an account on here and it said my email was in use. Used to just lurk and read but I am going to be much more proactive in the community.
Anyways, located in the US, 33, 6’ and currently dropped to 181lbs during this cut(from 210lbs) which ends in a few weeks. Sitting at 13%bf. Been working with a beginner level trainer for the last six months but will be moving on to a more advanced coach soon due to wanting to position myself for a physique competition this summer. And honestly any help and advice I can get on anything to do with that would be awesome. Been training since 18 yrs old and had some off years just due to life from December 2021 - February 2025.
I’m here to learn. Big time.
I have had a pretty good diet since starting with a trainer but I really think it could be improved at this point. So learning everything to do with that has been my obsession for the last several weeks. But to end a ramble, thanks for reading.

Welcome! What if anything are you using at the moment, AAS, peptides, GH, supplements, etc?
 
Hell ya brother, welcome back! Congrats on the cut and of course good luck if you do get to the stage for that competition! As crispybacon! already inquired, are you already on anything or did you use anything to help with this cut you're finishing up?

Currently running test, gh, Reta, mots-c, AOD-9604, SLU-PP-332, and will be finishing the last few weeks of this cut(which is honestly more of a recomp I think), with 5 Amino 1MQ. After that I’m going to run test(500mg), npp(350mg), gh(4iu), dbol(25-50mg first four weeks). Considering continuing Reta with a low dose but we’ll see.
Also some basic stuff like protein, creatine, arginine, cialis, nac, tudca, magnesium glycinate at night, multivitamins, and digestive aids

That’s been my stuff I’m using along with what’s to come. My current cut still has four weeks. And I’m listening to my current trainer but I’m stalled on fat loss judging by the mirror and my diet hasn’t been changed since I started it in September so I’m like.. shouldn’t my calorie count of 3200 be adjusted for my 30ish pound weight loss?
