New kid on the block

Yo team!

It’s intro time. Been lurking and researching for a month or 2 but I think it’s time to step out of the shadows and into the light of the community.

I’m male, 39, 94kgs, 26% bf. 6’1.

Absolute beginner with ped’s so any advice or guidance is most welcome. Im still researching but I reckon I’ll run gh, test and finish with var. gunna run gh indefinitely, test 20 weeks and var for the last 6-8.

I’ve got 2 months of night shift left and I’m burning 4-5k cals a night so I’ll start the gh Monday and drop as much fat and weight as I can before nights finish, then start the other 2 when my bf% is a good bit lower.

Bloods are ok, except e2, I’m 203mol/l so I figure I’ll just keep dieting and recheck before I start in 2 months. If it is still high in 2 months should I run an AI from the beginning of the cycle and then monitor with monthly bloods?

Then secondly…and I think I’m just getting greedy and over eager but I was thinking about Reta and HCG, is it worth chucking them in?

Thanks guys.

Considering a first cycle....all your confusion cleared up here.

Read through this. Someone on this forum sent it to me and it contains a lot of info or at least things to consider before jumping in.

I had zero experience when I joined here and only recently dipped my toe in. Start slowly there is always time to progress. I had a similar vision for my first “cycle” but it drastically changed after some reading.

I don’t think I’m qualified to tell you where to start, more experienced guys will chime in, but I basically opted for a low dose of testosterone to start. Wish you luck with it

Thanks for the feedback @Tdeck81. I only planned on doing 1 cycle so I thought to hit it kinda hard and then pct. Then just go back to regular training and work like fuck to try and keep as much of the gains as I can.

I swear the more I read the more it snowballs and the more compounds I wanna run. But yeah I’ll keep it simple. I already got the Hg, test and var so I’m committed on them. I’ll add 1 at a time with regular bloods and keep an eye on things.

I hear what you’re saying but typically it’s recommended to run a test only cycle for an initial cycle. Adding too many compounds right away will make it harder to diagnose an issue if it arises. Just because you have the compounds does not mean you have to run them right away. Take some time to read various threads regarding first cycles and then develope a clear plan.

I don’t want to put words in anyones mouth but I don’t think anyone will set you up with a steroid program. Most guys refuse to spoon feed anyone. If you continue asking questions and reading the forum you’ll understand Readalot’s response and why it makes sense.

My opinion…the first thing to do is have clear goals and then understand the best way of achieving them. Any potential short term gains will evaporate with poor nutrition and lackluster/inconsistent training. PEDS are not a magic cure all. I say this not to be snarky but because I had similar impressions initially too.

People over estimate the actual amount of muscle they have vs body fat. Did you have your BF checked or just guessing? The advice I was given before ever starting a regiment was get your body fat low. Body fat can impact your E2 levels. Even running GH at higher body fat impacts the effects. Don’t jump on any cycle without understanding diet, training, sleep etc are dialed in as much as possible. Start basic, monitor bloods then consider adding in other things. That’s my take anyway. Plenty of guys in here way smarter than I am.
