Welcome to MESO. Peep the training and nutrition forums here. All the info you need!

Welcome to MESO bro. How about some stats, future goals, an training history???o_O Also, if that's you in the avi, please crop the faces out of the pics. This place isn't a play ground. We are talking about illegal shit here:D You deff dont wanna be plastering your mug shot all of the open forum for god knows who to see!!! I just want you to be safe brotha;) You never know where LE is hiding:eek:

@Skull is right. I would change that avi. Diet, diet, diet ....... for all ages, but especially for your age. Your testosterone has most likely started dropping simply due to age. You might consider getting full blood work just to see where you stand.
Tear it up man!

Thanks for the advise @skul and Genhis K. AVI changed. Currently I'm 5'11 210 BMI is not terrible. Training wise I spent a lot of time in the gym on my early mid 20s. Pushup always to maintain some body shape. Future goals put simply is to go for beast mode again. It's never too late.

Thank ya bro. Now I feel much better that I know your safe...er lol. Youll get to where you wanna be within time an a shit load of dedication! ! Fuckin kill it. Good luck an I hope that you achieve every goal you set out for!!!!;)

Welcome brotha! Keep eating and lifting and staying focused and I'm sure you'll notice big change's with in the next few month's.
Trt may also be a option if your not already on it.
