Hi all I'm a new member from socal. 6"1' 225 (before I started the cycle I'm nearly done with) and around 18%.
Been training for most of my life since 15 years old. I'm 30 now and went through some personal struggles in the last few years. I got clean a couple years ago but while I was in treatment I got up to 290 pounds. About 18 months ago I got serious about my health again and lost most of the weight but realized I couldn't gain muscle or lose fat the way I used to and decided to try my first cycle. I started with test e at 600mg a week and ran 50mg anadrol ed for 4 weeks then bumped up to 750 test e with 550 deca for 6 weeks. I'm on straight test e now and approaching the end of my cycle. I plan on running HCG and nolva for my PCT.
I've put on 23 pounds, two inches on my arms, and filled out nicely everywhere. Overall I couldn't be happier with my choice to try AAS and look forward to a more aggressive second cycle after lowering my bf to around 13-15%
I've been lurking for a while now and have found a room of useful info here which has made me feel a lot more confident about my choices and how to be safe and realistic with my expectations.
One question - I've been toying with the idea of switching to prop and running out my cycle a little longer (45 days maybe) with some clen and T3 to help facilitate cutting some bf without losing as much of the gains I've made. I know I need to lean down more before running my next cycle but I'm afraid I'll lose to much muscle if I go straight to a cut after coming off cycle. Also, I've heard running prop at the end can be good because you can start PCT two days after your last pin. Thoughts?
