G'day guys, new member and thought I'd do the introduction thing.
Haven't been on cycle for about 6 years. Have competed twice since then and now life has taken over my consistency. Still manage to train and eat relatively well, just need to drop some snacks and the grog.
Doing my research in the hope I can transform this old body into something I can be proud of again.
Thanks for all the advice I've been able to go through, already getting the ideas I need about planning a cycle.
