Hello meso community, i'm 22 y/o, 145 lbs now, was ~170 before cutting.

I used reta to drop fat and kept most of my strength by training hard and keeping diet tight. Lost some strength on a few lifts: bench down ~15 lbs, back ~10 lbs, rear delts ~5 lbs. Other lifts held steady: 45 lb hammer curls, 95 lb preacher curl, 80 lb triceps pushdown, 200 lb leg curl, 280 lb leg extension. Hack squat dropped about 100 lbs, was at 300 lbs, mostly on me for stopping them for a while.


Starting HGH at 2 IU/day, planning to titrate up by 1 IU every 4 weeks. I’ve got ~600 IU total. Baseline labs are done: IGF-1 was 197, everything else looked good. LDL was a bit high but still in range. I’ll recheck labs in a month or two and update.
