Good afternoon Meso. For the last 4-5 years I have read and lurked here, gaining info and knowledge, and now in my mid 30’s now I believe now it is time I stepped into the Lion’s Den.
I have been training most of my life since high school. Took a break when my girl got pregnant with my daughter, the once she turned 3 I was back.
I lift usually 3 days a weeks 5x5 routine and every couple weeks I’ll switch over to 8-10 reps with progressive overload.
My only drawback is being a towboat captain I am on the water 28+ days at a time with limited equipment to use. I’m 6’2” 231lbs guesstimating around 15%bf.
I may not post much as using the ‘search’ button isn’t that difficult and this board has tons of info.
