Hi all,

Been a lurker here for a while reading and digesting. Member of a number of other boards UK based predominantly.

43 year old git training for circa 20 years continuing to learn all the way. 6" and 94kg BF higher than would like but working on it. AAS use several cycles run previously current cycle below

150mg test prop eod
150mg mast eod
75mg var ed
500iu hcg every week 1 shot twice a week
1/4 tab ai every other day

Looking forward to continuing learning and understanding from the board.

Well I did, I also uploaded a bunch of photos....but for some reason its waiting to be approved. Not sure what I have to do, but I would gladly stay in my own thread. Thanks
