New member here ive just started a cycle and could use some advice from the women

Hey there. New here. Just started a cycle of vars and could use some advice or tips on best timing and dose

So I want to build lean muscle mass .. I want the booty and thick leg look. I've started a cycle of anavar 10mg 2x daily..I'm 5'9 169 lbs 37 years old and I have pcos and build much quicker than the average woman. I'm using terragon and I've heard it's underdosed ...so it's only temp until Newport comes in.
 
I've done a few cycles of var, never took over 10mg/day. I felt like it helped with strength, endurance and recomp. I noticed I had a lot more hair shedding in the shower.
 
Personally, I’d knock the dose down to 10 and if you can take 5 upon wake and 5 before training. On rest days take the last 5 before bed. If you want to stick to 20, same concept (10 upon waking and 10 before training).

If you’re open to feedback, what’s your training split like & food?
 
I think that's brilliant. I've been taking 10 when I wake up and then 10 at bedtime but my workouts seem to be afternoon. Now that i have it in my system wjth a 12 hour lifespan you think I'm better off just right before workout and then morning if I'm waking at 7
