Hey everybody just a new member introduction . Fell back in love with fitness after spending the last 6 years just partying and living recklessly. Been in a deficit and training for 4 months now and down from 270 to 224 . Thank god for muscle memory from years ago because I thought I would be looking and performing way worse then I currently am . On Reta 6mg and hgh 2iu before bed right now and don’t plan on adding anything until I get as lean as I can and then introduce some some test 250-300 for 12-16 weeks to see how much body reacts to it . Got bloodwork done acouple weeks ago everything is good and plan on getting more before I start anything . But just a introduction glad to be a member here and plan on soaking up as much knowledge as I can
 
I'd wait, and just focus on loss, recomp and strength a few years. That's just me. You'll get other opinions here.
