Im 48 yrs old 6'4 245. I was at 305 started taking tiz about 5mg back in August. I have gradually made my wzy up to 30 mg of tiz every week. Just started working out again. I was always athletic. But I dont eat hardly anything. And I did I inject of suston 250. I want to lose another 20lbs. But to do that im going to have to which from tiz and do something different. And I realize that doing tge Sustonon 250 right is not the thing to do since im getting no proteins. I have noticed the decrease in muscle mass. So I need a little direction. Please abd thank you. I've been reading post after post for about a little over a month now. Thank you for allowing me and reading this lengthy spill.
