Hi, Happy New Year, everyone! I wanted to introduce myself to everyone. I recently started lurking in the community and am looking to start interacting with and learning from everyone here. I am a 31-year-old male who got distracted by work and life, but I am looking to get back on track this year in the gym. A couple of years ago, I started feeling lethargic and having no drive in general besides making it through work. I also started having muscle loss and fat gain, of course. I had a check-up with my doctor last month, and they did bloods. I came back with test at 350, so they mentioned TRT, and I am starting that next week. I am looking to learn from folks as I start this and hopefully get moving again.
