Hello brothers,
I have been lurking and learning from all of you knowledgeable members for a while now. I have learned a great deal since I joined this page. Would like to get in on the conservation from time to time as well.

Stats:
5'8"
175-180
30 yrs old.
High bodyfat at the moment but not ready to cut down as I am still building my foundation. Probably just continue to bulk all summer and winter and be ready to shred next spring.
I have been training hard and consistently for about three years. A divorce can turn you into an animal in the gym.
I am not planning on ever competing as I have a busy work schedule which only allows me time for training, eating, and sleeping. This is just for the love of bb and a hobby.

I have a diet that is pretty basic but has been helping me put on size lately.
1. 1 cup whites, 3 whole eggs, cup oats
2.7-8 oz chicken, cup brown rice, 1 tbsp Mac but oil, broccoli
3. Same as 2
4. Same as 2
5. Same as 2 preworkout
6. 60 grams hydrolyzed whey, 60 grams waxy maize post workout
7. 8-10 oz steak, 14 oz red potato, broccoli.

Training now is a push/pull/legs 6 days a week training all body parts two times per week. Using basic set and rep range focusing on progressive overload.

Drugs- I have done quite a few cycles -test only. Had a very reliable cheap source locally but all he carried was test. Now I am looking for my next reliable source.

On one now and when I finish my next cycle will be the standard test/decca/dbol cycle.

I love living this lifestyle and it is all I do or think about. I will reach my goals and most likely with the help of you all.
Thank you brothers talk to you soon.
I will post up some pics as well.

Welcome!! You know you can still do cardio while bulking.. Are you? If not your body will quickly thank you for it!! :)

I do a little, but not nearly enough. I start to fit it into my routine but then always get scared if depleting my calorie intake. I know I can just eat more calories but I am at 6 whole meals a day as it is. What is a good baseline for cardio while bulking?

And by the way thank you for the reply and the welcome! I am just over the bf% where my abs do not show. Not terribly high but not also where I know I should be. I would say 15% if I had to guess.

Seahawks and Trailblazers fan , and Ducks of course.

Theres more talk these days about the "afterburner effect ", in which up to 24hrs after 20-30 min cardio the body is still burning fat . I try to get 20+ min cardio every morning before I do anything else . Changes my whole day and its easier to cut .
