Hi all! Been lurking for awhile now, learning as much as I can from as many people as I can. Easily the best board going not only for AAS but also diet, motivation and humor.

I'm looking forward to joining in the discussions and picking up even more knowledge as well as maybe giving back a little as well. I won't bore with the details too much here, I am going to run a cycle log coming up, I'll leave the boring details there, will link to it from this thread as well when it is up and running.

Thanks again to all the members for the knowledge I've gained lurking, look forward to being a part of the madness.

It sucks... hard. 6 months ago I was repping 185 for 5x5. I'm up to 275 for 5 now. Been grinding lol. I'm almost up to most of everyone on the boards last warm up set.

I bench 375, dead around 600, thus the name.

Holy mackeral! There's gotta be a story for that, injury or something? Because your others numbers are phenomenal.

Yeah, knees. Poor form when I was in Afghanistan lifting heavy (relatively) didn't help. I lifted with monsters and always tried to keep up. I just never learned to squat properly at my height ( I'm 6' 5", 240ish).

So really, other numbers aren't phenomenal at my size really, I was much stronger a few years back. But all I did was eat and lift.
