Hey everyone,
I am brand new to this world and have started doing research for a few months now. I think I have made up my mind about what I’d like to cycle but would like some suggestions on whether I’m on the right path. For reference, I am 28 and lift on a regular basis, however I hate cardio. I do it from time to time but not as often as I probably should. I try to meet my macros with a focus on protein and carbs. I am interested in cycling 5mg of var for 2 weeks and seeing how I like it and look for sides. I’d take two weeks off before stepping up to 10mg a day for the next two week cycle. I’d also like to cycle clen in between cycles of var. I’m looking for a few mentors or guidance. Please feel free to respond or PM me please! Thanks so much and nice to meet you all!
