Hey Everyone, I’ve been using the resources as a non-member for about a month but officially signed up. Currently 20lbs down on Tirz and added TRT in early Jan. Recomp is going great and I’m enjoying this lil fountain of youth. Using CICO method with a big focus on protein. Resistance training 4 days a week with a lot of great info from RP Dr Mike. Making sure to hit my 10k steps as much as possible but never less than 8k. 2iu daily of UGL HGH will be added this week to optimize my HRT. Appreciate any tips or advice from others.
