Morning ALL ,

I am a 45 year old father who has been on and off at the gym for the past 20 years.

However, over the past four years, I have not been consistent at all with gym routine and have gained 40 pounds.

I am considering using AAS for the first time.

Before proceeding, I want to educate myself to avoid any potential harm; I am thinking of starting with 6 weeks of clen on and off and TRT+ 200 mg per week as a base.

I have received offers from self-proclaimed coaches and PED advisors on Instagram that promise an Olympia physique in three months, and I want to ensure to avoid those kinds of people.

1. Rapid fast weight loss with fasting (unpopular opinion) down to 15% BF while training to get that back into your routine
2. BLAST into 12% for summer 2025
3.
4. Profit

Seriously though, welcome to the club, happy for you to be here. Weight loss can be tough but not as tough as unfucking yourself from the potential and unknown side of those GHL1 peptides like semaglutide that are making people blind and metabolizing connective tissues. You're right to stay away.

Fasting is great option for weight loss and making yourself aware of your food addiction, everyone has one. Until you've mastered the ability to control what you put in your mouth, how can you truly master anything else?

Nothing can replace time in the gym moving washers. Please post if you have questions everyone is friendly here except readalot he got in trouble for being an asshole (or someone said that anyway, could be a nasty rumor I don't know for certain).

What's your favorite color?

Thank you for the heads up.

Should I completely avoid Chinese peptides?

I am attracted by Tirze and Retra . My understanding is that the peptides sold in US and EU are actually chinese products that have been rebranded and sold at twice the original price.

I agree that hard work and controlling my food intake are the keys to success, but I was looking for something to boost this process.

By the way, my favorite color is black.

I’d be getting your diet and gym routine down first. As mentioned by another member if you’re not putting in the work where it matters anything you take will mean very little. I have the ability to take a ton of AAS like I use to but why? I can train and diet to reduce the fat and put on some muscle in the process. I feel you should do the same.

If you take a GLP1 when you stop you’ll just back to poor eating habits or struggle to do what you should have been trying to make a comeback and just put on weight you lost while using the GLP1 or clen. Their tools not a crutch. I’m recently back to dieting and gym life from a 3 year break so I’m speaking from experience. Before this I was fit my entire life.
I’m not a big fan of people fasting for long periods cause they never do it correctly.
Welcome to Meso and good luck.
