37 yr old male. Haven't lifted seriously in about 10 years after having a bad elbow injury. I landed on my elbow wrong one day after falling off a mountain bike and my dominate arm's elbow bent the complete opposite way. Had to have surgery to fix a torn tendon and it took 8 months to recover but I'll never be 100%. Ever since, I've had this clicking in my elbow when I raise my hand up like doing a regular curl. There's no pain when it happens, but it's so weird and skeeves me out that I can only do hammer curls with that arm. I've been trying to recently get back into lifting weights seriously like I used to. At one point I weighed 175 and my max bench was 335 and squat was 405 when I was 23. I'd be more than happy to get 2/3s of that back. Am learning a lot here and at other forums so far about returning lifters.
