Been lurking for a long time, so decided it was time to write an intro post. 23 yo, male, currently 173cm, 76kg, would say around 14% bf (difficult to say with all the water retention), been training for 2,5 years. Was 30% bf majority of last year, but decided to lock in since september (meaning: stop drinking alcohol every weekend). I knew how to diet, so used reta for appetite control, which took me down to 8% bf (ish?) but also 62kg lmao in 2,5 months. Stayed a bit above maintenance (64kg in january) bit to allow for my bloods to get stabilized. Everything was in range but test was on low side. Been debating to hop on for over a year (but needed better understanding of training, diet, and PEDs in general) and took the jump later in january (yes yes I know very early). Currently running 300mg test C daily pins and 4iu HGH. Free test came back 4596 pmol/l (baseline 190), which makes me wonder if test is overdosed lmao. E2 on high side as well (414 pmol/l), but only possible e2 side effects is oily skin and water retention (which could be due to HGH) so im not too concerned about that. Rest of bloods stayed the same apart from slight decrease HDL from 1.5 to 1.1 (LDL stayed same at 1.7). Trig was 0.68 (no baseline as doctor didnt select that marker). Realise now that its a bit long intro post but there ya go, thanks for reading my rambling during my cardio session.
