My name is macedog24. I'm new to meso but have been watching and learning from this forum for over a decade it seems. I'm a member of a few forums. Not sure why I never joined up here. So figured it was time to do so. I'm 50 yrs old been working out and training since I was about 13.
I love to run as well and have always been very active. Until the last few yrs I've been dealing with some injuries and surgeries. A couple rotator cuff and bicep tenodesis surgeries. Supraspinatus tore 90% off the bone. So it's been a slow process to say the least .
I actually rep for PSL. I'm always learning and trying to improve myself and help look out for the next guy especially the newer younger generation. Safety and understanding in this sport/lifestyle is crucial for a long and healthy life..
I'm presently on TRT from my Dr. I love sharing and talking about food, nutrition, exercise and training.. and pretty much everything about life . Hopefully some of my stories , injuries and knowledge can help some of the younger members. Looking forward to contributing the best I can. Hope this is ok..

Consistency is the biggest thing for myself .. stay consistent in your training and consistent in your nutrition..need to make sure your getting enough nutritionally dense foods.. one of the biggest things people forget also is getting enough rest and sleep . We need to allow our body time to repair an grow. Other wise we are just spinning our wheels.. then we put ourselves at risk also for injury .
