40yr old male. 175lb 12%bf currently on 150mg/wk Test E during a cutting phase.

Just completed my first 500mg/wk Test E w/ 750 iU HCG/wk blast for 16 weeks in January.

Old powerlifter now transitioned into bodybuilding hobbyist.

Nutrition is tracked via MacroFactor for the past 3yrs since its launch. Use it for my bulk/cuts. My nutrition consists of oats, frozen berries, cinnamon, whey shake breakfast post 4am 30min fasted cardio, and 1.5hr resistance training 4 days a week. Lunch is typically cream of rice, seasoned chicken breast, asparagus and fairlife milk. Dinner is typically 93/7 ground beef, sweet/regular potatoes and peas or veggie of the day.

Workout routine used to be provided by EvolveAI for powerbuilding for about 2-3yrs when I was competing locally at powerlifting meets. Now I self coach a 4x a week Upper/Lower split with 30min fasted cardio every day.

Goals are to maximize physique development in the form of bodybuilding training and lifestyle choices.

Supplements include omega 3, daily multivitamins, magnesium, red rice yeast, berberine, COQ10, creatine and some NPA (nutrition partitioning agents).

Next blast starting in May when body fat gets to about 10%. Will bump from 500mg/wk test e to 550mg/wk test e.

I am playing the longevity game with PED use. My approach is harm reduction. Each blast I will slowly increase the test dose. I don’t have plans to add other compounds yet. I want to milk test for as long as I can. I didn’t need an AI on my last 16 week 500mg/wk cycle so I’m slowly going up each cycle to find my need for AI than learn to manage estrogen.
