Hello all,
I am 33yo Male utilizing various methods to optimize my health and achieve physical fitness goals. Started hitting the gym again this year in January after a long 5 years off. Life and my identity got way away from me and I found myself at 405lbs with test levels below 50 and fatter titties than the old lady at the walmart checkout.
Anyways, Im down 100lbs as of a few weeks ago. Started self-managed TRT in August, and now am comfortably settled into a routine with my endocrinologist while also supplementing HCG and a couple other peptides.
I have had a weird hyperfixation on all things PEDs for the past 3 months, and I'm here to learn more and exist in community with all you degenerates.
Current "stack"
Tirzepatide 10mg
Test E 120mg (60mg Sunday, 60mg Wednesday)
Test P 75mg (~15mg the other 5 days)
Arimidex as needed (about every 3.5 weeks)
HCG 250-500IU every other day
HGH 2-4IU every day before bed
BPC-157 250-300mcg whenever I remember to take it
Lifting 5x a week on an UL/PPL split (its actually UL/PLP for me) and doing an average of 4 hours 120-130 bpm heart rate cardio per week. 10-15 minutes prelift, 30-60 minutes post lift
Food is protein and fiber focused with an upper limit of 900 calories per meal, 3 meals per day. Most meals fall aroun 700 calories with a 120 calorie intra drink. Steadily losing 2-3lbs a week since January. Hoping to stay there until i hit 275 or so, then cut hard into the summer and reassess.
