Good afternoon,


I am a long-time weight trainer getting fully back into the lifestyle now that I am in my mid-40s. I started lifting at thirteen in 1997 and trained very hard through roughly 2010, before business, family, and kids took center stage.


I am now in my third year back to consistent lifting and cycling, with many years of experience in both training and running cycles. I was active on the old message boards in the late 1990s and am familiar with many of the veterans from that era, either personally or by reputation.


Currently, I am 5'10", 230 pounds, and approximately 15 percent body fat, down from around 280 pounds and 30 percent body fat over the past two years. This progress was achieved while running testosterone, EQ, primo, and mast intermittently, along with some GLP use.


My next goal is to reach 7–8 percent body fat so I can begin a proper lean bulk later this summer. Happy to be here and glad to be back in the iron cathedral.
