Not new to the forum as i was checking it for some time,but decided to make a profile to learn a few things and contribute as much as a can.
Lifting for 10 years with on and off periods. Using for 6 years with small cycles and most od the time low trt.
Height 6ft 1
Weight 220
Bf 9-10%
