New member, looking for guidance in the AAS world.

Hey guys, been lurking here for a while and started my first cycle with the help of all the info on here, so I figured I would become a member and help out the community with my experiences as much as I can.

Here’s my story:

25 years old, 6’1”, 250lbs, training for powerlifting but starting to care more about looking like I lift.

Started lifting at 21, never had lifting experience in high school, so everything was self taught, picked up starting strength and dirty bulked then did a nasty cut which drained most of the strength I gained from the bulk. Got serious about powerlifting after transferring to a university from a community college and joining the collegiate powerlifting team. I graduated last May with a degree in nutrition and am currently in an internship to be a registered dietitian. After collegiate nationals I decided to start using AAS, to pursue higher goals and try to remain lean all year round instead of turning into a bear to get strong every winter. My lifts when I started on the team were:

Squat – 225, Bench – 225. Deadlift – 335

Trained for 2 years with the team and increased lifts to 611/386/551 (singleply) and 415/315/515 (raw).

Bodyweight went from 200 to 260 throughout the years bulk/cut/bulk

My goals were all strength, so the differences in definition and looks aren’t great, but I put on a lot of size, went from average gym bro to everyone assuming I am on the football team.

The last pic is from a few days ago, and I am about 4 weeks into a test only cycle, however I added in tbol a few days ago for an extra strength boost. The 2nd to last pic (the cliché douche on the beach pic, which was a joke pic btw) was right before the cycle coming off the nasty bulk leading into nationals. I am using the cycle to cut down fat while maintaining bodyweight and still gain strength.

My first cycle was a clusterfuck. I “started” a few months back with what I know now is fake test, fake anavar(although something was in the pills bc I got a boost and was shut down, and aromasin (which may be real bc my estradiol was low, and it has been controlling my bloat well on my cycle now). I got bloodwork to check on things:

DId some research on here and made a purchase from Pharmacom. About 4 weeks in now. Just added in tbol for an extra boost while I finish my cut.

My lifts now: 475/345/535 (raw w wraps)

Feel great all the time, libido sky high, feel like an animal in the gym, weights feel light, etc.

Haven’t decided if I will post cycle or blast and cruise. I plan to use AAS for a while to pursue my goals in powerlifting, so instead of cycling it may be smarter to just blast and cruise, but I am still researching. Either way I have all my pct drugs on hand just in case. I had everything planned out for 15 weeks but after all these mix ups idk what to do…
 
One hell of intro, you're a big dude. What are you running the pharmacom test at?

Pretty young to start cruising, but ultimately it is your call. . Just really take your time on that decision and be ready to commit to be on trt for life if necessary. Nearing an end of a cycle and not feeling like pcting is definitely no reason like some people I know did.

Btw, congrats on graduation. That's good shit.

Thanks man! I'm running it at 600/week for now, but just upped it to 750 because I think it may be underdosed a bit, and my estrogen is in check, so I am experimenting with the higher test for future blasts. Trust me I am struggling deciding to b&c, and I know the possible consequences. I just know that I will be cycling a lot in the next few years and with my powerlifting goals it may be smarter to just stay on. I am also considering maybe blasting and cruising for almost a year or so and trying to come off, but I know that will be even harder. This is why I am seeking guidance from the knowledgeable users here at meso!
