I’m a new member (56m) looking to learn about ways to counter some of the effects of aging in a safe way. I have been reading a lot of the forums here and have been finding helpful information.
I am in pretty good shape and exercise regularly. I use BPC157 and TB500 as needed for injuries. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.
