Hey everyone, I thought I best to introduce myself. It’s been interesting to read the stories of others too!

I’m a 6ft 2 guy from the UK who struggled through through is 20s and 30s with some addiction issue and what we’d now identify as things related to the ASD space.

Now I am 50 this has been a journey to fight back and resolve (or at least learn to live with) those issues and I find myself in my happiest state so far. To anyone else in a similar state, treat your life and yourself as a project, take things one by one and anything can be improved on. The best part is, as you learn more about yourself and forgive yourself, you can find ways to channel those elements of you which used to be a burden into a force for good and for personal improvement.

While I had started running 7 years ago, I finally decided to join a gym 2 years ago and this has helped bring together my running mental and physical side into a cohesive whole and I love it.

I have lost weight and am down 40lbs with help from medication and being locked into tracking macros. I have continued the gym work with focus and intensity which has transformed my physique. I repeatedly tested low for total t even after the weightloss and gym and for 4 months have been on TRT which has added yet another layer of improvements.

I want to learn more about taking things further using the support of these forums but want to focus on safety first. I want to physically be the best I can be but not at all costs.

Thank you for reading!
