Hi

I have been around the site soaking up everything I can for the past couple weeks and I have found that I really enjoy coming on here. Reading everyone's opinions as well as the huge knowledge base on here so that I can learn.

I have been going to the gym for 5 years and seem to have been stuck in a plateau lately. I have been at this place before stuck weighing 180lbs and lifts aren't increasing.

So I thought about doing a cycle to bust past this plateau in super beast mode but as time went on and I read about using I learned I had no knowledge of what they were so I have a long way to go before I consider to look into going on a cycle.
 
I have been utilizing the search function, its just some answers need to be better explained by asking questions.
 
Do not be afraid to ask those questions just do so in the appropriate sub forum because when you do you will find that certain members here have profound knowledge in certain area's and posting it in the right place can get your questions answered quicker.
