Info I've found researching throughout posts and forums has been invaluable. Thanks to all the vets for keeping it real. Ima 44 yr old man on a journey to better fitness and gear has help kick start my progress. Test levels before ever trying AAS were sub 200. Keeping track of my blood work and paying attention to what I read keeps this fat boy moving ahead. I'm down from 320 lbs of chewed bubblegum to 260. My latest body comp at Rocks Vitamins and more showed my lean muscle mass at 175 lbs and so that leaves 80 lbs of fat. Gear is a tool and it's helping reach my goals but I've learned I cannot out train a bad diet. Gonna keep training with a purpose and a vision! Thanks gentleman!
