Hi all,

Been reading these forums for awhile and just wanted to introduce myself and give a little background

I'm 29, 5'9" 177 lbs. Been lifting for over 10 years now.

Currently planning on doing my first competition for Men's Physique at the end of May.

At that stage where I want to take that next step with my training/physique. Basically still reading up for right now, but hope to run my first cycle starting in July at the earliest. Current plan is to run a basic beginner cycle:

-250 mg Test E twice a week (500 mg/week) for 12 weeks
-250 iu hcg twice a week for 12 weeks
-Arimidex 0.25 mg EOD for 14 weeks

PCT starting week 14:
-Clomid 75/50/50/50
-Nolva 40/20/20/20

I've been dieting and training for a long time so I'm very comfortable and meticulous with how I do things

I keep a very clean diet and I track macros, weigh everything, etc. Currently at the tail end of a little mini bulk to try and add slightly more size before cutting down for my first comp in May. Eating around 3500 calories (39% carb, 33% protein, 28% fats, 2100 sodium) at the moment.

As for training I run an 8 day split basically:
Chest/tri
Back/bi
Shoulders
Legs
Chest/tri
Back/bi
Shoulders
Off day

Knees aren't the best so I only hit legs once in there every 8 days essentially. I used to run a 5 day split where I'd have the first 4 days the same, followed by the 5th as an off day and cycle back over but legs just couldn't deal with the frequency so I modified it to the above so they have more rest between sessions.

Spend about an hour and half each day lifting. Can also go in more detail on what I do if anyone is interested.

Cardio currently EOD, 25 minutes alternating between HIIT one day and LISS the next cardio day.

Did a bod pod last month for a BF estimate and came in at just under 12% at 173 lbs. Pics of where I'm currently at physique wise (at 177 lbs probably a little higher bf than when I did the bod pod):

Hopefully these are attaching properly.

For now looking forward to reading/learning more from this board and it's members and maybe finding a source I trust for when I'm ready to start a cycle.

Might not see me post much as I'll probably mostly read for now like I've been doing. But felt I should at least make an intro post as ive been silently reading on here for awhile now.

Any questions or suggestions for me though let me know.

Kudos to anyone who read all that
