Looking for some advice... i've been working out for about seven years now I started my first gear cycle two years ago been off for a whole year now looking back to bulk and this is the cycle that I'm looking to do any constructive criticism him or advice would be appreciated ....
-600 mg of test – E for 16 weeks
-dbol 30 mg A day for 8 weeks
-EQ 400 for 16 weeks
- Deca 200 mg for 10 weeks
I am now at 192 pounds with a 12% body fat looking to get into the 200 pound range with the 10% body fat in the summertime when I finish my cut cycle
