Hey guys,
Been lurking for about a bit over a year now, decided to create an account a few weeks ago and figured its time to introduce myself. Late 20's 6'2" 290lbs 24% bf have been lifting for roughly 15 years. Former D1 lineman with BS in Kinesiology and ACSM Cert. Have been back in the gym for about a month after going through a rough bout for about a year where I wasnt taking proper care of my health or fitness.
Have never run any cycles but had always felt I had problems with Test and finally went to a doctor 2 months ago to find my Test levels at 237 ng/dl and was put onto TRT. Working to get get my bf under control and to start self TRT. Would want to drop my bf closer to 15% before starting anything more than TRT. Currently training a 5day split focusing on compound exercises to regain my strength and form. Looking forward to learning everything I can and contributing to the community!
