Hey guys, brand new to this forum and I wish I would have found it earlier on.

I’m 34 yr old, 6’3, 175 lb male who’s been working out for about 10 years. Always been a natural up until a few months ago when I tried Cjc 1295/ ipamorelin for a 2 month cycle. Really good sleep but no crazy gains. I was paranoid about the insulin resistance so I was basically on a keto diet. Gained about 5 lbs of muscle.

I want to start off with 100 mg of test e per week for the first month and then upping it, thoughts and feedback?

Goal is to safely hit 200lbs
 
Hey Rogan.

Obviously most people on here use way more than 100mg, but that's a great starting point. I'd run it for a month, get some labs done and then increase based on those results.
 
I would get labs done BEFORE you take any steroids.
Especially at such a low level.
Just got labs done, natural test is 573. The only red marker I have is high BUN/Creatine (21). Could dehydration or anything like injectable argine and l citrulline supplements throw this off?
