Hello , I am a begginer bodybuilder andr powerlifter , I am very enthusiastic to meet new knowledgeable people also to share my limited info .
I have tried a few cycles before(this is my third cycle the first two was 500mg test for 12weeks) , I have decent muscle mass and strenght but I always had the problem with bodyfat especially below the waist and on legs .My diet is around 3000kcal/day with 200g~protein , 350-400 carbs, 90-100g fats. I am 190cm tall , 24 years old and I weight around 97KG with around 20%~ BF . My begginer lifts are 170kg squat , 230kg raw deadlift ,110kg bench. I am planning to get 10%~ bodyfat and 90kg ish in 15 weeks while mainting my power and maintaning/gaining some muscle with 500mg test E , 400mg primobolan and 3IU HGH daily and also some clen for like the first 5weeks 120mcg/day . I am looking for advice if you guys want to help, Thank you and nice to meet y'all.
