Hey, new member here ended up here from my interest in peptides. I after much research, I started cycling BPC-157 and TB-500 5 days ago in the hopes of healing my tendonitis, and hoping to improve my shoulder clicks/pops, rotator cuff issues, and carpal tunnel.

Inadvertently, BPC-157 seems to have cured my depression. I don't know if this was a fluke, or if this is only temporary but on starting on the 4th day of the cycle, I don't remember having been this smiley or depression free in years.

My tendonitis, which was nearing the end of it's natural healing timeline, is now pain free.

I'm planning to continue for at least a full 8 weeks but if the impact on my mental health continues, I will be considering how peptides fit into my life in the future.

very interesting about the depression aspect of it, but I was gonna start pinning bpc for the same shoulder issues how has that been going for you?

I still have clicking and grinding on certain movement ranges when my arm is above my shoulder but I have no pain anywhere.

Will updated in a few weeks. As far as I've researched, this is pretty early for any result.

I've started weaning myself off of my ssri's as the mental health benefits seem to be holding.

It's been a over a month now and I've been completely off of my SSRI (wellbutrin) for about 2 weeks now.

I've been on SSRI's for most of the last two decades and BPC157 or its placebo effect are helping me much more than any prescription I've ever had.

Shoulders have full mobility but still some slight painless clicking/popping in the extremes of my movement range (from hands together fully extended above and behind my head there is joint clicking in the movement where I separate my hands and lowering my arms while maintaining retracted shoulder blades at the extent of my arm range).
