I’ve been lurking for the past few months on here and decided I needed to interact so I can further my education. I have trained for the past 10 or so years but just recently began taking my diet and training seriously. Over the last year and a half I’ve lost 46 pounds and am finally reaching my goal of being somewhat lean. Current weight I’m sitting at is 173 pounds and I think to be lean I’ll end up at 160 pounds. After that I’d like to do a slow bulk and I am doing my research on whether or not I want to use gear. I’m about 5’7 if that helps describe why I’m so light.
