hey guys, just wanted to make a quick intro

I am 30 years old 5'5 160 pounds. I've been working out on and off for probably 10 years now. nothing major, just to stay in shape. i have been researching cycles and such for last couple years now but the only thing I've ever touched was mk677, so I'm still new to all this. I'm here mainly to learn from you guys and do some research before i jump into anything serious.

Right now im leaning towards a simple test only cycle for my first run, but im open and excited to hearing your guys advice and learning from everyone who's been through it. Appreciate any and all tips you guys throw my way. i am glad to be here and join the community :)

Welcome to MESO. If you remain open minded you have the potential to learn a lot here. There are many knowledgeable people here to steer you in the right direction.
I started here with a certain expectation and direction in mind but learned it was not the best route for me. Read read read then read some more. At that point you’ll be ready to formulate a plan. Good luck

Welcome to the show. Do bloods before hoping on anything, even test. You are 30 so make sure you understand all the harm reduction as you move forward and potential impacts on the future. Make sure you are dialed in and committed to diet, training and even sleep before you even do test. No point in injecting something if you aren’t going to maximize its effects. Suggest to at least see what your genetic potential is before gear. That means you’ve done it all right for X amount of time. Gear isn’t a tool to help you overcome shit training and diet. People use it for that and get lucky and others not so much so why add another risk factor. Good luck in your journey.
