hey guys, just wanted to make a quick intro
I am 30 years old 5'5 160 pounds. I've been working out on and off for probably 10 years now. nothing major, just to stay in shape. i have been researching cycles and such for last couple years now but the only thing I've ever touched was mk677, so I'm still new to all this. I'm here mainly to learn from you guys and do some research before i jump into anything serious.
Right now im leaning towards a simple test only cycle for my first run, but im open and excited to hearing your guys advice and learning from everyone who's been through it. Appreciate any and all tips you guys throw my way. i am glad to be here and join the community
