Hey everyone,

Just wanted to introduce myself. I’ve recently been getting more interested in learning about HGH. I’ve been reading through a lot of the threads here and really appreciate the amount of knowledge you guys share. It’s been super helpful already.

Looking forward to learning more and as I search for a reputable vendor. Thanks for having me.

How old are you?

Why are you interested in GH?

Have you checked your IGF-1 levels?

Find where you should fall on this chart, and compare your IGF

Hi Elektrobot, thanks for asking.

I’m 36. I’ve been on TRT at 100mg/week for about 3 years, and I’ve been curious about GH mainly for the for better sleep, more energy, improved mental clarity, and preserving muscle while continuing to lose fat.

For context: over the past few years I went from 350 lbs down to 250 on without medical assistance and two months ago I started a GLP-1 and I’m currently at 230. I work out daily, but I still deal with low energy and poor sleep. My Whoop lists my metabolic age at 40.

I haven’t checked my IGF-1 levels yet, but I plan to.

preserving muscle while continuing to lose fat
Of your 4 listed wishes, this is the only realistic use case for GH

started a GLP-1
low energy and poor sleep
Nobody has high energy or sleeps well while in an extended deficit

I haven’t checked my IGF-1 levels yet, but I plan to.
It's important to have a natty baseline. Try to get it when you aren't in a deficit. Calorie deficits reduce IGF-1 levels.

Thank you for taking the time to respond and keeping expectations in check, also reinforcing the need to check my igf-1 levels-test is ordered and getting labs done this weekend.
