Hi everyone,
I’m excited to join this forum! I’ve been training consistently for about 2 years now, following a Push-Pull-Legs split, 5 days a week. It brings me a ton of joy and keeps me motivated. I decided to join because I’m looking to start on testosterone and hoping to learn more from the community here.
