hey everyone,
Long-time reader of performance and physique-related content, finally decided to make an account. I’m 18, 188 cm, and very focused on optimizing body composition and overall aesthetics through evidence-based training, nutrition, and recovery protocols.
I’m particularly interested in the physiological mechanisms behind hypertrophy, endocrine response to training, and how different variables (volume, frequency, intensity, nutrient timing, etc.) interact over the long term. I prefer data-driven discussion over bro-science and I’m here to learn from more experienced members while contributing thoughtfully where I can.
