Hello people of meso, I am new to the forum, first of all thank you for accepting me in!

So here it goes, I am a former aas user, 33 years old, in the past between 2014-2019 I have used and pretty much perma blasted aas, competed twice in local shows. Now I have been completely off gear for sole years, recovered well and now a father of 2!

So here I am exploring the possibility of a little cycle, thinking of 250-300test with 3-4 iu hgh. I am now more focused on wellness and longevity, more of a hybrid athlete of some sort!

Welcome, what are your current stats?

I cruise with similar protocol, 150mg test, 3iu gh, 1.5mg reta. Feels great and my health markers all go green.

Thank you! I am 5’11 195 lbs 8-10% bf, no aas or hgh yet. Definitly peak physical condition right now, run 40ish km/ week
2 long cycling workouts zone 2 and gym 4-5 days week, still pretty good overall.
Probably going to run something similar to you, have you been on that cruise for a bit
 
I cruise for around 6-8 weeks, and do something a little more aggressive
(Bulk or cut) for 12-16 weeks, all depends on bloodwork and body feels.

I started around 2 years ago, so I’m not in the most experienced group here by a long shot.
 
Alright that sounds pretty long term as a plan as long as your following you ´r labs and sll Im still going ton hop off after 16ish weeks and just get back to natty for a good while.. at least thats the plan hehe:P. Still unsure about trt, maybe if doc presecribes some time later in life

Also did you ever need an Ai for a cruise or around 250-300, I use to alwys use ai but ran much higher doses all the time
 
I needed small AI dosage when i was 20+% bodyfat at 200 test/week (one shot)

Now i maintain around 15%, 150 test/week (3x 50mg), no need for AI.
 
Alright i am now 1 month into cycle, going to be adding in mast prop at 150mg/week and hgh at 6 iu. Will add another .5 cc of test cyp as well.

So my cycle going forward will look as follow:
375 test cyp
150 mast prop
6iu gh split 2x/day
aronasin 12.5 eod (might try to lower or stop when gradually adding masteron)

Any opinions/advice is welcome!
