Hey what's up I'm back after a 2 year break. Got busy with life and business (oh and tore my bicep and forearm tendons which was initially why I took a break). 6 months turned into a year and next thing I know it's been 2 years since I stepped foot in the gym. But, I'm ready to get back to the grind and put some weight back on. Not as easy as it used to be a 47 but nothing good ever is. It looks a lot different here since I was last on with a lot of new names, looking forward to the discussions.
