New PARETO Pakaging??

Hey just picked up some Pareto Pharma, but it came in sachets, not bottles. Is this real?

TM 101 is awesome, but just the list shows the items 10 mg x 100 tablet. can someone confirm?

Thanks bro, posted there. Just happy to have my spring rip cycle in!!!!! I think I'm OK. The pills look different from the thread- but are well pressed and solid and shiny


edit added the photo because the original photos show pill bottles and different dosages.
