I am also running a spring recomp cycle. I am 41yo 6'1" 265lbs around 16-20%.
Considering the holidays I am probably on the higher range and I am on a pre-cycle routine to cut me down a bit before I start. I have a coupon for the water dipped BF test at my anti aging clinic but that facility is about half hour away and I might wait til mid cycle to use it. My diet will basically be a keto diet with shooting for 250g protein a day mainly steak and eggs. My cholestrerol has never been an issue with this I do lean towards an old school mentality. I have been on TRT now for around 2 years and have run 3 cycles within my TRT protocol which is 180 mg Test E a week. All 3 of my cycles just have been a blast with the addition of deca. This year I plan on switching it up a bit.

100 mg eod Test P
100mg eod NPP
week 6-12
Var 50mg ed
Arimedex .5 mg twice weekly
I have had great experience in the past with losing bf% increasing muscle in the past just wanted to try different compounds. I know diet here is really key and yes I understand my BF is up there I am a yoyo when it comes to diet sorry. I am just looking for some input. I got down to 245 with 12%-14% last year and let myself go. I am looking at 225 this time and under 10% I really need to stay on diet(this is a 6 month goal not a cycle goal) make a lifestyle change there I know AAS does not help me there. Thanks. BTW ran plenty of dumb cycles when I was younger and in the army that is why I am where I am today. Older,stronger, smarter love it! PCT? since I am adding different compounds should I worry about this I have not in the past. I just resume TRT and have had no negative outcomes.
