hey guys. im new to bodybuilding. im trying to get in great shape and a little bigger. here's my current routine.

2 on 1 off
Back/Shoulders/Biceps
Chest/Legs/Triceps
Off
Repeat
 
oh haha not really just saying my routine. sorry man. keep working out! :)

i just want to get in great shape, lean/ripped look, hopefully this can help me. im already a small/lean guy 5'11 20 years old and 150lbs. i just want to a solid tight body.
 
First things first. Stop smoking pot.

Don't try to say that you don't, it's obvious. No matter what your friends (and Grizz :D ) tell you. It's bad for you, and it will inhibit your progress...mental AND physical.

So lay off the pakalolo. Haole.
OH. and KEEP WORKING OUT!! bra.

Howzit bra? you like beef??? :D

Dude, youre a beanpole. :D

Be sure to check out the sticky threads in the training forum. Lots of great information to help you get all swole and stuff.
