Check out the sources on ec21. 100 g of test E/C for 120-150 bucks delivered. That gives you a starting point. Be willing to do the time, both research and jail.

try https://qualityraws.net/ research em (qr) and gso grapeseed oil is one way to go mct oil looks good too, do a little more research before you ask a basic question you'll get ripped apart here for a question like this
