Hey everyone. New to meso, but old in the game. Been training for 20 plus years on and off, mainly because of life's struggles. The good news is I'm back and hope to fit in with all. 1st pin was 15 years ago and then the last few with the low T doc because of my age and too many cycles back in the day. Good news is I'm back to training hard and dieting like a beast. Hope to learn a lot from everyone!
