It would take hours to type out all that you need to be told. It sounds like you have tons of research to do before you even think about using steroids.

You can start by thoroughly reading Phreezer's sticky about first cycles in this forum.

No, steroids are wrong. You need to educate yourself on nutrition and start training religiously. Do that for a few years then explore other options.

I wouldnt even bother starting to research AAS yet. Go down to the training and nutrition forum and read the stickies and every thread in those forums. You need to learn how to train and eat LOOOOONNNGGGG before you ever consider AAS. Put together a good training and nutrition program, work up to 200 pounds or so, then start doing some research on AAS. At 145 pounds, youve got 55 pounds to go and can do that in 2-3 years naturally.

Like all the good bro's have told you already, steroids is not the easy answer to getting big and strong. The people that think using steroids to enhance training is cheating have no idea what the hell they are talking about. Most of us train harder than anybody else in the gym no matter on or off the juice.
Like I said, we ENHANCE our training with steroids. We dont replace hard work with steroids. You gotta have the foundation before you can build the house.

Nah, if you become an expert at overtraining like me, you can slack off, take some roids, and grow for the first time in years (grin).

First off your diet is not condusive to gaining weight so AAS is a waste of time. Make a diet plan and shoot for 250 grams of protein per day, 3500 calories and workout until fail. Your weight will come on and then in a few years after your body is accustomed to a weight training program and eating right then it may be for you.

However I can totally see a 60 minutes story on you where you blame AAS for your failures. You have no business on them right now.

dude whats the rush ?? I ve only been lifting for a short time now and beening here with these bros ive learned alot from reading there post. Like the bros said eat and lift, get some years under your belt and only then think about research. I have about 3 more years before i juice, gear here I come...lol

In the training section there are 3 lifting programs that would be pefrect for you to pack on some serious muscle. In no particular order: John Smith's 5x5, Dual Factor Hypertrophy (DFHT), and Hypertrophy Specific Training (HST). I think it would be totally possible for you to add 25+ pounds by the end of 2004 by using either of those three.
